Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in one click; you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens if I hit my word limit?
Scans pause until your allowance renews at the start of your next billing period, or you can upgrade to a higher plan immediately.
Do unused words roll over?
No. Word allowances reset at the start of each billing period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How accurate is AI detection?
Modern detectors are reliable on longer, unedited samples, but no detector is 100% accurate. Accuracy drops on short texts, heavily edited AI output, text translated between languages, and very formulaic human writing. That is why we show a likelihood and a confidence level rather than a yes/no verdict.
Does Centixio store my text?
Anonymous scans are analyzed and discarded — we don't keep the text. If you are signed in, your scans are saved to your private history so you can reopen reports, and you can turn history off or delete scans at any time. We never use your text to train AI models, and scans are never public.
