1. The service
Centixio provides tools that estimate the likelihood that text was generated by artificial intelligence. By using Centixio you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of results — important
AI detection is probabilistic. Results are estimates based on statistical writing signals and can be wrong, including false positives (human text flagged as AI) and false negatives. Results are provided for informational purposes only and are not proof of authorship.
You agree not to use Centixio results as the sole basis for any academic, employment, disciplinary, legal or other consequential decision about a person. Any such decision should be based on additional evidence and give the affected person an opportunity to respond.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys and for activity under your account. Keep API keys secret.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't submit content you don't have the right to process, or unlawful content.
- Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer detection models.
- Don't use the service to develop tools designed to evade AI detection.
- Don't resell API access without our written permission.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Word allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centixio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on detection results. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
